LAST POST HAD SOME IDEAS FOR MAKING STAY HOME ENJOYABLE. THIS POST HAS SOME NEW SUGGESTIONS TO CONSIDER TO MAKE YOUR ROUTINE REASONABLY ATTRACTIVE. PLEASE READ!

Educate: Explain young children, what is happening because young minds are very curious and can easily jump to wrong conclusions. Just tell them ‘it's a germ which is bad for everyone, it spreads fast, but washing hands frequently, wearing a mask, and distancing can reduce the spread’.Children are smart and very good in following directions, not only that but they will remind you as well to take precautions. Please show no sign of fear, as children sense fear very fast. Also, don’t watch news 24/7 in front of the children and scare them. Rather educate them and help them build their own coping mechanism.

Active: Physically be active. I am blessed to have a small gym in my garage but not every household does so what to do when restrictions apply to not to go outside. Some mild stretches, slow dancing, or hatha yoga poses can be helpful for regular cardio exercises but intense dancing, weight lifting, all can be in physical regime. Filling  gallon cans with water, can be good dumbbells to lift if you don't have weights. Overall, the idea is to stay active during the day so that you have ample energy to work throughout. Workout also helps to build immunity which further fights with any ailment and strengthens the physical systems of the body.

Be thoughtful: This suggestion is particularly the one I would like to emphasize on. Consider it a request. Everyday sit quietly with yourself and send happy thoughts to all the other people of the world. Countries which are going through crisis, people suffering, economies crumbling down, places in a total chaos. Sit in a place, declutter your mind and send happy vibrations, send words of courage, send love and send peace to all the people living in the world. Be thankful to GOD and mother nature for both have been nurturing mankind forever. Ask GOD for his guidance. Mother nature for her mercy. Ask your souls for peace and happiness. Doing this daily will stabilize your mind, it will help you empathize, it will help you grow from inside and most importantly it will reciprocate. You will feel happy, peaceful, giving, serene and thankful. You will get what you give.
