LAST POST HAD SOME IDEAS FOR MAKING STAY HOME ENJOYABLE. THIS POST HAS SOME NEW SUGGESTIONS TO CONSIDER TO MAKE YOUR ROUTINE REASONABLY ATTRACTIVE. PLEASE READ!

Dress Formally: On weekdays when you have a scheduled routine, trick your mind as if you are going to the office by simply wearing your work formals, shoes, even makeup if applicable. Work on a desk and make that area your work office. Do it for a week, next week automatically the mind will look forward to work systematically and you will be more efficient in your work and satisfied with the productive day. If you work in your  pjs, the mind is still in the mode of relaxing and does not want to wake up. This little trick can make you mindful as well.

Cut News Watch: Media has always been exploiting the mind of millions. It repeatedly shows and magnifies images  of the crisis which gets stored into the mind and disturbs the peace and calm state of the mind. I know keeping an update is necessary, but don’t overdo it. Seeing the news after every hour is playing a toll on your physical, emotional health and not to mention the amount of anxiety and worry it raises. Please restrict yourself from this trauma. Why worry for some situation which is not in your control? I am not asking to stop hearing the updates but asking you to not emotionally get involved in it. Media is doing its job, the whole story is still hazy, what is actually happening is not clear, so don’t invest your energy in it and stop being apprehensive.
